"Miss Berkeley County
Youth Fair 2010" Allyson Bayer
"My name is Allyson Bayer and I am the 2010
Miss Berkeley County Youth Fair Queen. I am seventeen years old and a senior at Musselman High School. I am involved
in various school, church, and community activities. I was so excited to be crowned Miss Berkeley County Youth Fair in
August 2010 and I am thrilled to be representing such a fantastic and timeless tradition. The week of the Youth
Fair always means so much to me, and this year was even more special! I had an opportunity to be a part of the many events
that occurred throughout the fair week. It truly made me proud and honored to be a part of the Berkeley
County Youth Fair. So far I have participated in the Apple Harvest Parade, the Martinsburg Christmas Parade, the South Berkeley
Christmas Parade, and I helped with the 4-H Achievement Award Ceremony. In January 2011, I will be representing the Berkeley
County Youth Fair in the West Virginia Fairs & Festivals Pageant. I plan to seize every opportunity I have to tell everyone
how great and unique our Youth Fair is. I would like to thank everyone in the Berkeley County Youth Fair Association and the
Miss Berkeley County Youth Fair Pageant Chairpersons & Sponsors for all of your support. I am so grateful to be this year’s
Miss Berkeley County Youth Fair Queen! God bless!"
