2012 Fair Book Advertising

It is almost fair time again. The 65^th annual Berkeley County Youth Fair will be starting before we know it. The Berkeley County Youth Fair continues to be a successful learning environment for the youth of Berkeley County and a much anticipated event for the community every year, and we can only continue to grow with your support. Once again, we are asking for your assistance by being an advertiser or a contributor in the 65^thannual Fair Book of Events.

The youth organizations are designed to provide hands-on and career oriented opportunities for the youth. Approximately 600 youth from Berkeley County will be exhibiting their work at the fair and will represent various different organizations, including 4-H clubs, FFA Chapters, the Boy Scouts, The Girl Scouts, and the Girls’ and Boys’ Club. This year we are offering printed advertisement, as well as, contributor’s pages for various levels of contributions.

Printed Advertisement: At the bottom of this page is a link that contains the cover letter and forms to be completed. The forms include the size and prices of the ad spaces available. Submit your ad by emailing it in a pdf format to bcyfcatalogsubmissions@hotmail.com. Your payment must be received by March 16, 2012 in order for your ad to appear in the 2012 Fair Book of Events. This year we are including business card size ads for $20. There is a separate form for this type of advertisement.

Contributions: Several pages have been set aside to list those patrons that send in contributions. There are several levels of contributions. Please complete the contributions form and be sure to state how you would like your name to appear on the contributor’s page. Payment must be received by March 16, 2012, in order for the contributor’s name to be added to that page.
